Stiller Auto Glass warranty all workmanship and materials used in the auto glass replacement or repair performed on your vehicle for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers the following:
- Replacements:
- Leaks around the replaced glass
- Defects in the materials used in the replacement glass
- Any OEM (Original Equiptment Manufacturer) glass requested by you will be warrantied through the Dealer in which the glass was obtained from. Contact us to go over the steps in obtaining the factory warranty.
- Issues related to the installation of the replacement glass
- Repairs:
- Cracks that spread beyond the original repaired chip
- In the event a repaired chip spreads, any payment will be credited towards replacement services or will be refunded.
- Cracks that spread beyond the original repaired chip
What is not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused prior to repair or replacement (by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents, weather, etc.)
- Windshield wiper damage
- Tinting or other aftermarket add-ons (if applicable)
- If rust is present, this will void the lifetime warranty. The technician will document and discuss with the customer.
- Any damage that existed prior to service. This includes any damage or rust the technician finds on the body or pinch weld that can be seen once the glass is removed. In this instance, prior to any installation, you are responsible for all costs to repair the damage or rust including the cost to transport your vehicle to and from a qualified body shop if necessary.

Limitations:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective auto glass. We are not liable for any consequential damages, such as damage to other parts of your vehicle or personal injury. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Stiller Auto Glass and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
