Is your mobile service free?
Yes, most of the year (over 40°) we offer a free mobile service to your home, work address or where is is most convenient for you.
During the cold months (under 40°), we can go mobile if we have access to a heated garage. We also offer 5 installation locations for your convenience.
How long will my appointment take?
Generally, jobs fall in the 1-hour to 1.5-hour range, but a Customer Service Representative or Technician will let you know the appointment details for your specific vehicle when scheduling.
How long until it’s safe to drive my vehicle?
It is okay to drive your vehicle 30 minutes after the technician sets the windshield. The technician will let you know when it’s safe to drive. The side glass and back glass are safe to drive at any point.
What is ADAS Calibration?
Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are the safety features integrated into your vehicle. The safety features that are affected are typically, land departure warning, lane keep assist, pedestrian warning, and forward collision warning. These systems are located behind the rearview mirror and require calibration when the windshield is replaced.
